For your safety, please read all relevant safety information and warnings included in the manual prior to undertaking any troubleshooting steps. If the outlined steps do not resolve the problem, or if you have any questions regarding any of the steps, we encourage you to call us.

Give one of our friendly technicians a call at 800.582.2213 to discuss your problem. Ideally, if you are able to be in front of the unit while on the phone with us, we can diagnose the problem right over the phone. Often, we can solve the problem while talking to you. Please have the model name of the type of unit you are calling about available (found on a white label on the unit in the field, "Type:" )

If you haven't registered your AquaPower^® unit's warranty with us yet, one of our technicians can assist you with that process when you call for troubleshooting. Please have the type of unit, serial number (again, found on a while label on the unit), and any related purchase information ready when you call.
